My wife and I decided to use this area as an art/message center wall and one of the things we looked for was a magnetic dry erase board that look decent enough.
Unlike the previous reviewer, my board did not arrive with a sticker and was exactly what you see: white board + black frame. A small marker with a sponge eraser tip that has a magnet at the end (so you can attach it to the board) was also included.
Overall, I was happy with the item and the price on Amazon is better than board dudes own website.

I thought the wipe board itself would be 18x22 but it is the OUTSIDE dimensions that are 18x22. The actual useable surface is 14x18. Who measures like that????? I need a larger board!
