Neg: a little smaller than what I expected, blank white area and cork sections a bit disproportionally small. cork is difficult to pierce with included thumbtacks, unsure if it's a problem with the cork or the tacks.

Junk. I gave it away. This was the wrong one but I kept it anyway, figuring we could use the corkboard part for a place to store doctor appointment cards, etc... and the notes section for grocery lists.
I hated it. From the beginning. The cork is too thin and the tacks (no matter what kind I used) always fell out, which, in our home is VERY Dangerous with two kids under two roaming around. The board stained easily. The magnetic part worked well, but the calendar squares were too small, even for us with no kids in school, etc. I was not a fan and I gave it to my single sister and bought the one that I had originally wanted, which is framed and was all calendar, no notes or corkboard. PLEASE do not buy this. It's the poorest quality item by "The Board Dudes" that i have ever owned.

Cork part does overlap the white board and breaks easily into pieces. Poor Craftmanship.
One of the clips were DOA and the product itself looked as it's been beaten up. There are nicks and ticks all over the board.
I would stay away from this product if you use cork board a lot. At least the white board serves it's purpose. :)
