The concept is great! The adhesive, not so much., July 6, 2012 This review is from: Corporate Self-adhesive Whiteboard (4 X 6 Ft) Whiteyboard (Office Product) I purchased a Whiteyboard about 1 months ago from the Whiteyboard website and it was all great at the beginning: It adhered to the wall, took up little space, and was easy to write on and erase using a dry-erase marker. Then the adhesive started to wear off and now it won't stick to the wall. Please keep in mind that I do not have any special walls and I am trying to adhere this to a regular run-of-the-mill wall. Everytime I stick it back up it will peel off a couple of hours later and be right back on the floor.
I even contacted Whiteyboard to ask for help two days ago but no one has replied. My deduction - faulty product backed by BAD customer service!
I was really hoping for more. Guess I am going back to my old whiteboard.

Mounted ok but erasing is hopeless, July 30, 2012 By This review is from: Corporate Self-adhesive Whiteboard (4 X 6 Ft) Whiteyboard (Office Product) On our third whiteyboard we finally got the process down and managed to get it hung relatively straight, level and bubbleless. The problem is erasing.
We have 3 smudges on 3 walls of the office because this stuff does not like to be erased if you leave the work on longer than a few minutes. We tend to leave projects live while they are ongoing so not erasing cleanly makes them virtually useless.
Yes, we used the whiteyboard eraser and tiny supplied markers with the same results.
Garbage

Problems with adhering to the wall, July 25, 2012 By This review is from: Corporate Self-adhesive Whiteboard (4 X 6 Ft) Whiteyboard (Office Product) I got a small sample first, and it inspired me to purchase the product. The large 4x6 board is unwieldy to install. There were two of us trying to install this on a regular drywall. The main problems:
1)- Bubbles and creases form very easily. Unlike what I understood from the instructions, they are very hard to remove. The creases cause permanent damage to the material and basically spoil the area. If the crease form in the middle, it renders that area useless.
2)- If you attempt to gradually peel it off the wall (to redo the adhesion and fix the creases) it rips off the paint from the drywall. This is very bad, as the board will not adhere to the damaged area again and a large bubble is formed.
However, on the edges, where it adheres nicely, it looks OK.
Writing and erasing is good (only on the areas where there are no creases).
I consider my money wasted, as I don't want to look at those creases any more. I am going to buy a... Read more
