It erases easily and cleanly. The big disappointment (otherwise I'd rate it a 5 star), was that it only came with some double sided tape to attach it to a wall or other surface. I want to be able to take it down to write on it every month, so I went and bought some picture-hanging materials to use. The cardboard is pretty flimsy for the backing, so I have to be very careful in moving it from its perch on the wall!!
One other "head's up" is that you have to make sure you buy "xtra fine tip" markers for it, because the lines are very thinly spaced.

Each person gets their own color and it is easy to keep track of everyone's schedule. This board has big squares for all information and the next month lined down the right side is terrific for future reminders. This board is working out great.

The provided "stickers" to hold the board on a wall, don't really work (of course, I live where gets fairly hot in the house, and my wall is textured drywall). They don't provide any other way of attaching it to a wall. When erasing, sometimes you have to rub a bit hard to get all the dry erase marker off; it doesn't wipe off easily in every area, which shows that "if you buy cheap, don't expect high performance". But, it's good enough, for now, for my purpose.
