A "visual" queue to help you make the right eating decisions, October 2, 2010 By This review is from: Expo Biggest Loser Daily Meal Planner Magnetic Dry Erase White Board (1770993) (Office Product) Customer review from the Amazon Vine™ Program ( What's this?) Customer Video Review Length:: 3:34 Mins
We can't always walk around with a food journal or be at the computer entering information into sparkpeople dot com. But we all go in and out of the fridge or a cupboard.
Thus this works best to visually remind you what you should be eating for the day (if you plan out the night before) OR help you track how your caloric intake for the day is going.
The oversimplification of the caloric goals seems to fly in the face of previous Biggest Loser books/videos. Thus instead of doing the calculation use other resources to figure out your goal, then write it on the board.
I've read a lot on water intake and realize 6-8 cups is a good place to start and difficult enough for many. I would have liked to see something closer to 10-12 on the board as there is room for it. So where those additional icons could be provides enough space to mark off any "extra" water intake.
You'll need a calorie counting book and a calculator,... Read more

Meal Planning Board, November 4, 2010 By This review is from: Expo Biggest Loser Daily Meal Planner Magnetic Dry Erase White Board (1770993) (Office Product) Customer review from the Amazon Vine™ Program ( What's this?) Meal planner that is a dry-erase board - now that is convenient!!! It is also good for the environment because you don't have to use paper. This dry-erase board meal planner comes with a dry-erase marker and also a magnet to attach it to the wall.
This dry-erase meal planner is helpful and useful. It has a chart for breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, and dinner. You are to fill in the chart with your meal description and calorie counter, and add up the total calories. At the top of the board is a very helpful guide that tells you to multiply x7 your current weight, and that is your daily calorie goal. It also has a food pyramid diagram, so that you can check off the ones you've eaten, so that you know where on the pyramid you are for the day. It also has a diagram of glasses of water so that you can tick those off, also.
I drink my water from bottles, as you cannot have open glasses at work around computers. But the water glass diagram still does a good job... Read more

Expo biggest loser daily meal planner dry erase white board, September 20, 2011 By This review is from: Expo Biggest Loser Daily Meal Planner Magnetic Dry Erase White Board (1770993) (Office Product) Customer review from the Amazon Vine™ Program ( What's this?) This review is for the Expo biggest loser daily meal planner dry erase white board. I was pleased with the quality of this product overall. Make sure to use it with true erasable markers, NOT permanent markers, or you will quickly be sorry! While the product is intended for planning meals, I actually ended up using it to a greater extent for taking random notes (e.g. phone numbers, etc) while talking on the phone in my kitchen! Overall, I recommend this product from Expo.
