Erases very easily with a regular dry eraser (expo), without having to use wet paper towels to completetly remove all marks (you know what Im talking about!). The dry erase markers that come with it (4 total - red, blue, black, and green) are pretty good as well. The porcelain material seems to work much better than regular dry erase boards I've used before. Putting it on the wall was pretty easy as well.
