The expectation is that you sign up on their technical support website and download the driver yourself (boo). The documentation is poor, and does not address troubleshooting problems, which is just about guaranteed with this printer. If you have a problem, you can call their number (hours are Pacific time, so I guess we're all supposed to live on the West Coast). There's no online chat with customer support.
